Cosmetic packaging, Cradle to Cradle Certified™ Gold
BAYONIX develops and distributes products that are completely free of harmful substances, 100% recyclable and fully biodegradable without leaving microplastics.
Completely consistent is the use of such a packaging solution for natural cosmetics. For the company Lanz Natur AG, a complete project was now implemented, purely according to the customer's wishes.
The customer specified design requirements, capacity and a few other parameters, which BAYONIX implemented first as a design and after approval by the customer in CAD and later as a tool design and finally as a series product.
From the beginning, it was a clear requirement that the complete packaging had to be Cradle to Cradle Certified™ in GOLD. Great attention was also paid to the simple design language, which proved to be a great challenge in the implementation with our new material.
In several approval steps, first in the design and later in the tool development, the customer kept full control over the project. Finally, after final customer approval, the first batch was recently mass produced and shipped. Packaging sizes of 30ml and 50ml were implemented. More are to follow.
